Policies: We are very careful when packing domes for shipment, with only one reported broken dome out of hundreds shipped. We will replace domes broken in shipment, but do need the remnants shipped back to us, at our expense, to enter a freight insurance claim. If at any time, you need replacement glass domes, please contact us for replacement rates.
